The two story building consists of 7 spacious, fully-equipped studios (22 m²), which can accommodate two to four people. Each one includes a double and a single bed, fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hotplates and kitchen utensils), bathroom, balcony, air conditioning as well as free Wi-Fi

Payment Policy: 30% of total cost required as deposit for the ratification of the reservation. Rest upon departure.
Cancellation Policy: 60 days before arrival, refund the entire amount of advance. 59 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellation during the stay, requiring the customer to pay compensation equal to 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining days of the residence contract.
Rooms are tidied up daily, cleaning, towels and bed linens are changed every 3 days.
